Cancellation Policy

JNG Clean, LLC Policy 1.Insurance and Bonding: JNG Clean, LLC is fully insured and bonded for your protection. 2.Employee Status: All technicians are employees of JNG Clean, LLC. We manage payroll taxes and workers' compensation insurance. 3.Equipment and Supplies: We supply all cleaning materials. Employees wear uniforms and ID badges for security. 4.Cleaning Crews: Crews generally consist of two to three trained technicians, with a team leader ensuring quality. 5.Smoking and Eating: Technicians do not smoke or eat in your home to maintain professionalism. 6.Quality Guarantee: We guarantee high-quality service. If something is missed, contact us within 24 hours, and we will fix it. We do not offer refunds, but will correct any issues. 7.Schedule Changes: Notify us at least 2 days in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 2 days incur a 50% service fee. 8.Suspension of Services: If you are away for an extended period, schedule a cleaning before leaving for your review. 9.Home Access: Ensure access to your home. If you are not home, deactivate your alarm or provide a code. A 50% fee applies if our crew is turned away. 10.Safety Regulations: Our technicians use only company-provided ladders and wear shoes in your home for safety. 11.Referrals: Get $25 off your next service for referring a new customer, after their first cleaning. 12.Estimates and Adjustments: During your estimate, we will discuss areas of concern. Notify us 4 days in advance for any changes to the schedule. Last-minute requests may not be possible. 13.Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of service. Unpaid balances must be cleared before the next cleaning. Failure to pay may result in cancellation. 14.Preparation: Remove items (clothes, toys, etc.) that may delay cleaning. If you prefer us to remove them, additional charges apply. 15.Valuables: Please secure valuable items to prevent accidents. 16.Damages: We are not responsible for damage from faulty installation. Report damage within 2 days for review. 17.Children and Pets: Supervise children while we clean. Secure pets that could pose a danger. We are not responsible for cleaning after pets. 18.Fee Adjustments: We may adjust fees annually due to rising costs. You will receive notice in advance. 20.Employee Solicitation: If you hire a JNG Clean, LLC employee during or within 3 years of their employment, a $2,500 fee applies. We welcome your feedback.
